Jonathan M Saville is a solicitor by qualification and has been a director of certain Cable and Wireless subsidiary companies having been a senior lawyer within the Cable and Wireless group. He is a former Executive Director of COLT Telecom Group plc, a former FTSE 100 company, which he floated on the NASDAQ and London Stock Exchanges. At COLT, he was one of two executive directors with the then Chief Executive Officer and was responsible for Legal, Regulatory, Company Secretarial and associated new market entry for the group. Since leaving COLT, he has also held responsibility for other international companies as an Executive Director with responsibility for Legal, Strategy and new market entry for those businesses which operated throughout the USA, Europe and Asia. He has also held direct P&L accountability for such companies in all western european countries of their operation. He is currently the Managing Director of JMS Consulting Limited, a successful business consulting company providing business, fund raising, M&A, strategy and legal advice to businesses operating in Europe, Australia and the United States. Jonathan also is a non-executive director on the boards of various technology led companies and has been in such positions for both public and private companies. He was until recently with his business associates, a main shareholder in one of the largest independently owned multi-million pound turnover B2B telecommunications service providers, which he has recently divested ownership of by way of successful sale to a public company. He also has commentated from time to time on business matters for amongst others, ITN National News and other media.
